We offer general training and customized consulting services to nonprofits so that they can have greater social impact and develop organizational competences in the following five core practices:

We identify new and best practices in capacity building and share available skills, strategies and tools with the nonprofit community. We also identify and bring in experts and facilitate the sharing of organizational learning through training and workshops within specific social sectors.

ACS works with organizations and donors to help develop and implement their giving strategies which include capacity building grants and giving of time and expertise. We work with organizations that are committed to supporting charities in their local communities by leveraging their resources, knowledge areas and core competences.
