The ACS Team comprises of fulltime staff and volunteers with a broad base of professional experiences including nonprofit management, business consultancy, banking, legal practices, financial management, fundraising and organizational development, human resource planning and corporate leadership.
The team is made up of professional individuals who love and care about people, our communities, countries and the future generations. Nonprofits are groups with a generous, sacrificial and passionate spirit and they pass along values and works that build character and strengthen the society in which we live work and play.

Nancy Yang, Executive Director
Nancy has held senior positions in leading companies and played key roles in driving their successes. She was Cofounder and Chief Strategy Officer for 6 years with a gaming company in Beijing developing and distributing games for major Japanese and US gaming companies and later sold the business to a major U.S. entertainment giant in early 2007. She spent 6 years with A.T. Kearney working as a management consultant, specializing in business and organizational strategy for multinationals operating in Asia Pacific. She has been actively involved in serving community groups and is a board director of Mother's Choice, Hong Kong. She holds an MBA in Marketing from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and Bachelor of Science in Finance from Wharton, University of Pennsylvania.
Kee-Yean Leo, Associate Director
Kee-Yean has a wealth of experience in both the private and nonprofit sectors in areas including corporate community investment, strategic organizational and communications consulting, project development and research. She has worked with multinationals, such as Visa International and AT&T, providing high-level communications consulting and gave donor advisory to companies. A former journalist for over 5 years, Kee-Yean was a TV news presenter and a business reporter for Asia’s leading English newspapers, South China Morning Post. She has co-authored publications on work-life balance and corporate social responsibility in Hong Kong and has a strong interest in issues of children and employees. She believes in bridging the gap between corporate giving and the capacity of nonprofit sector to receive so as maximize their positive impact in the world. Kee-Yean holds a Masters degree in Journalism from the University of Hong Kong. A native Singaporean, she is fluent in English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
