PIVOT is ACS’s impact consulting program, designed to help small-to-medium-sized social purpose organizations (SPOs) in Hong Kong strengthen their resilience, sharpen their strategies, and accelerate growth to sustain and amplify their impact. By combining ACS’s deep nonprofit expertise with the support of a collaborative and skilled volunteer network, PIVOT equips SPOs with the confidence, capacity, and clarity to achieve impactful results, and long-term resilience to tackle Hong Kong’s most pressing social challenges.

COMMITMENTS FROM ORGANIZATIONS

Time: 15-20 hours over 3 months.

Engagement: Collaborate closely with the PIVOT team, providing relevant information.

Stakeholder Access: Nominate and notify potential interviewees.

Final Recommendations: Work with the team to ensure actionable insights.

Board Presentation: Arrange for the PIVOT team to present findings to your Board.

Action Items: Implement at least one recommendation within 60 days post-presentation
